Dan Rallo was the real estate agent when I purchased a home in Atlantic County, New Jersey. Dan and his team were outstanding, staying on top of the deal as it progressed, dealing with problems as they arose, and making sure everyone got what they should get out of the transaction. Dan is very bright, and comes from a Wall Street background. I would not be wiling to do another transaction in south Jersey, unless Dan Rallo and his team were on my side. Easy five star review

He has also been an extremely willing resource to us after the purchase, as he knows the island well, and has been very responsive when I have asked for referrals for various jobs at my home. In late 2022, I was unexpectedly laid-off from my government job with the FAA and knew I only had a short time to sell our NJ secondary residence, since I decided to fully retire in FL. A dear friend referred to me Sundae, but Sundae did not service our NJ zip code. However, soon after contacting Sundae, I was put in touch with Daniel Rallo of Coastal Living Homes NJ/Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Shore. I soon met Daniel for the first time in our NJ home and knew I made the right decision. I told Daniel I was not willing to make major repairs and to sell our NJ home as is and ASAP. Within one weekend, our Mays Landing, NJ home was sold. Being out of-state, it was so important I receive nothing short of outstanding assistance and service. I soon met Daniel's Transaction Manager (Olga Bocharova) who was nothing short of outstanding in coordinating well-water inspections, a county home inspecting and a septic tank inspection. In addition, Daniel recommended a highly recommended NJ real estate attorney (Elaine Carroll), who was a welcomed resource in evaluating and coordinating the different aspects of our Sales Contract and representing us with the buyer's Title Company during our out-of-state Closing. Saving the best for last. We ended up getting two buyers competing for our home in a bidding war and ended up selling our NJ home for 20K over the asking price. Our NJ home sale could 'NOT' have been done without the 'Exceptional Teamwork' of Daniel, Olga and Elaine. Great Job and very much appreciated! Dave and Dee
